I love Myprotein. I live in Australia and order direct from England. I can't have whey concentrate, so i rotate whey impact isolate in chocolate peanut butter flavour, and casein in chocolate flavour. I buy the big 5kg (11lb) bag, so it lasts me quite a few months.

I'm the same when my routine gets out of whack. I struggle to continue normally throughout the day, and my eating/calorie deficit goes out the window.

I don't know how people wait that long either! If i had to wait til 8pm or later for dinner, i'd break and snack beforehand which would inevitably put me over my calories. So i choose to eat dinner when I'm hungry (instead of white knuckling it and waiting til later), between 5-6pm, followed by dessert and then I'm done…

So very true! I vape a hell of a lot more than i ever smoked. My husband won't even go to the toilet without his. With smoking, you go outside and have one then come back in and carry on as usual. I'd probably give it a miss altogether then. The cassia may help with blood sugar, but could start to cause other problems where there were none before...

I'm at a good weight for my height, but i still have the stomach paunch happening.. I've figured, at my age I'm never going to have a flat belly again,not without putting in more work at the gym than what I'm prepared to do.

That's exactly what i was thinking! Isn't this the norm for most people? I don't personally fast per se, but i have my first meal at around 1pm and finish eating by 7pm. That's just my normal.

I did the 36 hour fast a couple months ago in preparation for a colonoscopy. The only thing it did for me was make me Hungry! Just to add.. there was no joy/happiness, healthful feelings or spiritual enlightenment during my fasting time.

From what I've seen from dietitians, what they in learn in school is set in stone in their minds! And they don't like to veer far from the path/bubble of what they've been taught. I know nutritionists don't get much respect here, but at least some of them can think outside of the box.

Ironically they had plenty of my 2 least favourite flavours (and perhaps everyone else's), birthday cake and mint chip. But i hate wasting money on stuff that that i think is just meh. The sale price was $7, so still not particularly cheap..

Haha Halo top was on sale today at a grocery store chain here, I was going to stock up on the candy bar flavour... Sold out, sold out, sold out at three different stores that i was driving all over the damn country side to get too!! I ended up getting the last container, which was cookie dough. I hope it's nice!

Yep, I leave the tub sitting on the counter for 20 minutes before putting it in my bowl. You'd also snap the spoon if you tried scooping it out straight from the freezer!

The only time I've been weighed and measured was when i was asking the doctor about weight loss pills. My height and weight is completely irrelevant to what i usually visit the doctor for.
