Me either! If losing weight required going to the gym, I'd be doomed... ETA: I don't think the no time thing is the biggest reason, most people can find 1 hour a day to exercise. It's more like "I couldn't be bothered" or "I'm exhausted after working 12 hours a day". I can relate to both scenarios.

I'd be getting higher strength capsules. Have you tried Krill oil? Do you have the Bioglan brand over there? (I'm in Aus). They come in 1000mg strength and the recommended dose is 1-2 capsules per day. In answer to your question... NO, i would not waste 120 on fish oil supps. The above brand is 10 calories per capsule.

Yeah, this was my first thought. I guess you'd have to have an exhibitionist type personality to want to do this. To me body building, bikini comps etc just translate to " Look at me, Look at me".

Anywhere from 60g to the odd 200g day. I pay attention to protein and fat and let carbs fall where they may.

This is probably a stupid question re: the bolded and I'm obviously missing something... But why can body builders/very muscular people eat a *kitten* ton more calories than normal people. If all that extra muscle doesn't burn as much as we thought, then their massive calorie allowances doesn't make sense.

For me: Eat more, move more which equals a greater deficit. If i were to eat more, but do less or no exercise/movement then I'd stay the same weight or gain. On the days i don't eat enough, I'm sloth like and incredibly hungry the next day. So i need to find that in between balance.

One of the downsides over under eating for me is it always catches up with me, and i end up over eating. Even one or two days of lower than recommended calories sets up a binge for me. I just can't do it.
