    Ate my 800 grams carb refeed last night and had the best workout this am. I’m in a deep cut and the carbs made my muscles feel like they were about to rip outta my skin🙌🏻

    Anywhere from 60g to the odd 200g day. I pay attention to protein and fat and let carbs fall where they may.

    I get in that range quite often and I am not a weight lifter; I am a walker and SUP paddler (for exercise). I regularly got over 200 while losing. I am just under 5'8" and around 157 pounds. It's more about food choice than anything else. I get reasonable amounts of macros but not always the %s.

    Carbs are personal preference, they aren't just for lifters. I'm working on losing weight and I haven't touched a barbell in my life, but I eat moderate carbs. Granted I rarely go over 300 grams simply by the limit of calorie availability since I'm not always active enough to be able to afford my minimum protein and fat PLUS 300 grams of carbs, but I do hover around 200-250 most of the time and almost never fewer than 150.
