How much carbs do you consume in a day?

It depends on how many calories I have available from exercise, but it's never less than 150 grams unless I'm having a fast day and rarely more than 300 grams.2

Deep in my cut right now at I’m about 250 a day, during my bulks: 400-500 and my refeeds (which is today🙌🏻) 800+ grams4

Since using the app, I have made my goal 10%. I don’t know the number of grams. I would like to be less than 10%, but it’s been a big struggle for me.4

If it's a big struggle, consider increasing your carb %. No need to make dieting harder than it is.8 -
Usually less than 20g. Lately it is a fair bit less.
I eat low carb to address health issues and for better appetite control.4 -

I average between 200 and 250 a day. Some days more, some less. I don't track them as I don't have any health issues that warrant increasing or decreasing them.0

Usually just about 50% of my calorie intake. I could not live without bread pasta rice and all the other goodness6

Between 100-200. I love carbs, I eat a decent amount of legumes, sweet potato, yams and potatoes. I can't survive happily on too few carbs.0

Roughly 150 grams. If for some unknown reason I wanted to eat less, I'd have to cut out my fruit, veg and oats, and that ain't happening!2

I am cutting and I keep my carbs high (250g +) every day. Unlike many people who tend to cut their carbs when they try to lose weight, I do the opposite, I cut more my fats than my carbs. As a lifter, carbs help me thrive and unlike people who are affraid of carbs and sugar, they don't worry me. In the end, it's all about calories. I have been bulking and cutting for 5 years and I have always succeeded in hitting my goals.
When I bulk, my carbs tend to be at 300g+. I don't have a specific number since it can vary day to day.5 -
It varies but due to my PCOS and eating a higher protein and fat diet I normally eat around 80-120g of carbs a day. Occasionally I go lower or higher. I find that one day of high carbs is fine for me but after a few days I feel sluggish.1

Less than 50g per day normally. Yesterday I had a very hungry day and actually ate all of my exercise calories and ended up coming in at 69g carbs with 31 of those being fiber, but that is an exceptionally high day for me.0

I average around 200g, though the day-to-day range is usually about 150-250g. I am in a re-comp (maintenance calories) so I'm sure it was a little less when I was losing, but not much, my workouts suffer when my carbs are too low.0

At first I was at 100g net carbs, now I probably average closer to 150. I have to stay on the low side for health reasons. I also get them all from fruits, vegetables, and a little honey in my tea.0

I eat a low carb diet so not many. Most days my carbs only come from green vegetables so it's pretty low, 10g - 20g. Other days my meals include fruit, beans, nuts or something starchy and then it's higher, 30g - 50g.0

Anywhere from 50g - 300g. As long as I get an adequate amount of protein, I let the carbs and fat balance out where they may.1

These weight lifters are blacking me out with their 300g a day lol I'm just working on losing weight and I eat about 60-80 carbs a day.2
