I've done 3,300 steps so far this morning, and have received 101 calories on mfp for them. I'm set at sedentary.

I have 200ml of Almond milk in my smoothie everyday, all i did was measure the 200ml in a measuring cup, and pour into another cup on my scale to see the actual weight, I did the same with my regular milk. So now,i don't bother with annoying measuring cups for milk any more.

I'd take the morning weight. At the gym you were clothed and had a stomach full of food/water which will add lbs.

@JoRocka I have used the word troll once since being here and the comment was deleted and I got a warning for it! But now i see people using it all the time, so maybe things have changed.. All i said to this person was "why are you trolling this thread"?

They will work the same whether blended together or taken separately. When i used collagen powder i always mixed it in with my regular smoothie which also included protein powder.

I go over my protein and fat goals nearly every day, to me that's a good thing. Carbs are usually on the lowish side, so it all evens out calorie wise.

I have always kept my eggs in the fridge, I keep spreads like jam (jelly), vegemite, peanut butter etc in there too. Eggs are in the fridge section of our supermarket.

I often use different powders in my smoothies. Just weigh and log whatever you put in as per usual.

I'm 5"8, my daughter is 5"2 and we walk at the same fast speed, she just does more steps than me, she does 2 steps to my one.

I still stress over spikes too.. I'll wrack my brains trying to figure out where i slipped up even though i know in the back of my mind it's due to TOM or sodium etc etc

Yeah, me too. OP there is no generic supplement that will cause weight loss, *in excess* of what you're already losing eating in a deficit. Lol I'm sure more seeds get stuck in my teeth than actually make it into my stomach! I eat it firstly because i think it tastes good, the fibre and fat are just a bonus. I don't eat anything that i don't like the taste of just "because it's supposed to be good for me" . Been there, done that, and it never lasts.

Yes, i usually make it around 1pm and let it sit in the fridge for around 5 hours. Ideally it turns out best when i "remember" to make it in the morning, the longer it sits, the better.

I never got the running around thing with phentermine due to the couple hours of broken sleep i got every night. The lack of sleep and walking around in a zombie state over rid any extra energy i might of got with that drug. It was a hellish experience, and something i will never, ever repeat again!

Why do people think Apples have "hefty doses of fibre"?? They don't! I often eat 700ish grams of watermelon and cantaloupe which gives me a piddly 5g of fibre, 52g sugar and 57g of carbs... That 5g of fibre aint doing nothing to negate that amount of sugar!

Cooking to me is just a regular daily chore like housework. I don't enjoy it, it's just something that has to be done.
