As someone who hates cellphones, the FitBit One has helped me a lot. I just synch it with the iPad and forget about the thing. Even when I had a cellphone with the pedometer app, I always left it somewhere forgotten and ended up with 200 steps in a day lol

First, I wouldn't go to a nutritionist at all, but not taking on account what I just said: I would ask her about why she's obese... I mean, without sounding rude, if it's due to a medical issue or just for lack of self-control, then I would see if she inspires me enough trust to actually pay her to be my nutritionist.

Give it a couple of weeks, when I upped my net calories from 1200 to 1500 (2000 minus exercise) and I didn't even dare to look at the scale for two weeks, when I started weighing again, I had lost a pound and I'm still losing.
-
I try to get 2000 calories (minus exercise that nets 1500), so I split my four meals in 500 cals each, although sometimes I get a bit more or a bit less

*Adds you* I've been on the same train for a while. At least once a week, sometimes most days of the week when I was over-eating and thinking "oh well... already screwed up, f*** it, let's keep on eating". The longer I stay here, the more controlled and reduced the binging becomes. On the beginning I had it planned, but…

Like people above said, if you have no medical issues related to sugar, don't mind it, switch it to something you might be more interested on tracking (fiber? iron? calcium? vitamins?).
-
Except you have a medical reason to avoid sugar, don't count it. I replaced the sugar counting with iron counting (because I tend to get anemic) and forgot about it. Hasn't affected my weight loss at all.

I often suffer migraines. Once the doctor prescribed me a pill that made me feel like drunk the whole time and I had to quit on it after only resisting two hours at school (and screwing up a terribly easy test) and sleeping literally the whole day (by the way, before someone says that I'm underaged because I'm speaking of…

If my need to eat the whole kitchen is so bad that no even a cup of tea, a glass of water or a cup of coffee can't fix it, I attack all the fruit I can find. That way I eat a lot, but the calories don't go to h*** that badly, besides, although in excess everything is bad, at least that's very healthy food.

Well... I became way more active. From 1k steps to 20k, started to jog on the treadmill without considering medieval torture and I enjoy my meals more than before (I spend more time tasting them than just swallowing); however, my social anxiety went to hell... can't go out without feeling observed (which is justified by…

Let's be realistic, it's something that happens only once a year, so I'm not avoiding any of the food you only get... well, now already. Yeah, unhealthy, yeah, portion control, yeah, weight gain, yeah, whatever about creating healthy habits. But I didn't get here just because I only overate during holidays, so I guess that…

Wait... Is this creep even still alive? I thought it was some sick Twitter joke. Well, you always learn something new. By the way, what the heck is wrong with that girl!!??
-
Hey buddy... I guess we struggle with the same. Depression and anxiety here. Totally sucks, but I've survived a couple of years with it so far. So... I guess I'm adding you :-)
-
Last year... around Halloween probably (or a day I decided to wear one of my Disney hats... Happens either when I make tea or I'm too bored to think straight)
-
I have it every once in a while as a treat that I make fit in my daily calories (either eating less during the day or with more exercise) so I don't feel deprived and craving it. You can eat healthily and still have it, although not usually as before. You get used to have it not so often (it was m case at least). I enjoy…

Well... Doctor Who Sherlock The CSIs (grew up with them although I don't follow them... consistently) House Supernatural (not the same as before, but also another series I grew up with) The Big Bang Theory Criminal minds Grimm (mom got me into this one, weird thing that I'm always more enthusiastic that her) Constantine…

Cap... Speaking of the advantages of the serum, like said above, Batman is a rich man with gadgets (and lots training, but still a regular man).

Either Madrid, Spain or New York USA... Whichever of them is farther away from Buenos Aires. It's about the same time on the airplane, so I guess distances are pretty similar
-
Well... my neighbor is kind of the gardener and painter of the whole neighborhood. When he does ny of this two wither for any of the people or himself, he dresses himself as a man who's facing some sort of biohazard... Gas mask and everything, and I'm not as close as joking as I would like. Oh, come on, not joking at all.…

It's a terrific exercise for your back. I used to go before and after my scoliosis surgery and it made me feel kinda good... and the final relax after the class is the best.
-
- Food scale - Bathroom scale for my bathroom (there is already one in the house, but at mom's bathroom and it's awkward to walk to her bathroom every morning just to weight myself) - FitBit... not that necessary, but I need to see what I am burning to feel motivated into burning more. - And I'm getting a cellphone for…

iPad (no cellphone), car/house keys, wallet and whatever lipstick I find before leaving.

Whaaaaat? That's one of the reasons I don't have friends. They tend to be over people the whole time and I can't deal with that. Never mind me... It only would be sad it doing it was making you sad, I mean, in my case it makes me feel organized and relaxed... and happy when I see I have enough spare cals to eat some…

Kit kats Nestle chocolate (we do have it here, but it's a cheap and disgusting version. When I visit my aunt in Spain I get a whole bar for 1 euro, but here I need to pay about 5 euros -converted from Argentine pesos- and the thing won't taste any good) More Halloween candy Monster energy
-
Terribly. Compliments are the kind of thing that make me stay indoors in a very dark place
-
Yep... like above, I watching series and tweeting for hours, but I try to do it either walking (mostly when I tweet, I go all over the house with the iPad in my hands) or on the treadmill (watching series or doing this right now lol)

That was a pretty extreme answer. I have my cheat days on Saturdays and I get as bloated as you say... Maybe not six months pregnant-looking, but I do get your point. It'll go away by tomorrow. It always does with me (although the extra pound of the cheat day does stay lol). Don't stress about it.

It does work if you're very rigorous with every logging you do. I usually do it right when I've got the thing in front of me, so it doesn't even take me two minutes to log it before start eating. When I cook (aka grandma cooks) I check on everything that goes in the food so I am as accurate as possible with the logging. I…

Kit Kats. Come to my room's closet and you will find at least five big packages stored. Can't buy them here, so I always buy a bunch at the Duty Free. Speaking of calories, chocolate bars with Rocklets.

A vanilla flavored coffee, a Kit Kat (the one that comes in two fingers) and a fruit (either an apple, banana, apricot or a pear).
