I just can't get rid of my mum tum. I have had two c sections. My body is looking ok every where else and responding to diet and exercise. I want to be 126lb, currently 131lb. I am good at the exercise part which is 30% but rubbish at the 70% diet part. I just come back from holiday and although I looked ok, I felt awful…

I love food, my downfall. My eating is worse when tired or sad. x

Also stopped a little boy running in front of a car at the supermarket. His parents were putting their shopping away and he bolted. I was strait on it.

I am seeing results after a week but also dieting, so could be a combinations. Its a good work out, I think you will need to do other things with it as well though.

I think a little bit of what you fancy does you no harm. The bad stuff needs to be limited. Why don't you allow your self a treat once or twice a week, then you wont feel your missing out and cave in. x

Hello there. :)

The reviews are amazing on Amazon. I am a huge fan of Zumba and Ministry of Sound, but fancy something different. Its quite expensive at £26. x

I will look in to it, always love a work out challenge. x

Thanks for all your advise, I will increase the cardio and hope for results. Thinking back I was running and doing 30ds before, just since having my baby my hips have not been so good. XX
