    Been wondering the same thing. Had an agreement to borrow a friend's DVDs but she's giving it another try herself, so I'd be interested to know.

    The reviews are amazing on Amazon. I am a huge fan of Zumba and Ministry of Sound, but fancy something different. Its quite expensive at £26. x

    I am seeing results after a week but also dieting, so could be a combinations. Its a good work out, I think you will need to do other things with it as well though.
