  • I can relate to everything in this post. I'm dealing with family health issues, my job hates me, I don't hate my job. I can't find my niche it seems like. The only thing I can tell you that keeps me going is to do just that. Keep going. It may not be the best advice but it's something I have to make myself do. There are…
  • So, lets just say, I've learned my lesson about buying Nike tennis shoes! Don't do it lol
  • Thanks! I had a pair of Adias and loved them but they were wore out
  • I love CrossFit! You can scale the entire workout to what fits you best and what you are comfortable with! Have and enjoy!! :-)
  • I just joined CF and I love it. I haven't been since I have a head cold as well but I'm not willing to gag and try to catch my breath between wall balls lol YOU GO GIRL!!
  • I've never really been a fan of Fast Food in general...ever! My problem isn't in the place of business, my problem is in the houses they use to "grow" thier meat. I've lived on a farm my whole life, have cattle, chickens and have raised just about anything a person can but I've never thought about treating an animal…
  • You're right, I shouldn't worry too much about it. Thanks!
  • I try to stay away from sodium anyway so thats not it. I haven't been lifting weights (someone told I'm gaining muscle) I don't believe that would be it. And I'm not on my cycle. I'm really frustrated. I think this has happened before to me when I dieted but the feeling never changes.
  • I have heard mixed opinions on it but thank you for being supportive! I love to hear positive things and its great to hear from someone with asthma who is doing it as well. Makes me feel so much better about it!
  • I have exercise induced asthma as well. I haven't really had a flare up in a few years aside from just stress or anxiety bringing it on. I'm terrified of working out because I my airway constricts and hurts so bad. Today I am trying CrossFit and I've never been so nervous about anything in my whole life. I keep an inhaler…
  • I would like to join. I'm 5'3" and have about 15-20 pounds to lose. I've never been as big as I am now so I'm really having a hard time dealing with all the pudge in different places and being "limited" on what I can physically do.
  • Thanks for all the feedback. Looks like I will be working my butt off next week. I'm really excited to try it!
  • I am definitley not arrogant. I just want to work through this rut. It looks fun so I'm willing to give it a shot. Not eveyone who does it is 'superior.' At the end of each workout we're all going to be the same. Wore out! :-)
  • I'm broke too but I'm looking for something to motivate me and something I will enjoy. I loved doing conditioning in HS but I couldn't ever find anyone else who actually enjoyed doing stationed workouts until now. I'm going to try my free sessions and hopefully I will love it! I have an idea in my head of what I want to…
  • I'm signing up with a girl from work. Let me know how you like it! We are starting next week and plan on going 2 days (depending on how day 1 goes) lol
  • I've been watching YouTube Videos and I think I will really like. I guess the only thing I have to lose is weight right?
  • "Bump" is just used as a reply so the post will stay at the top of the forum.
