So, I bought a pair of Nike Trainers and they kill my feet. Usually when I workout my feet hurt before anything else. I need some advice on tennis shoes for walking AND working out. Any suggestions?

Diet Pills?
I know this sounds odd to be asking but I was wondering if there are any "safe" diet pills on the market? I'm wanting to jump start my weight lose, and I've done diet pills but the wrong way. I know they work, I just want to know if there are any that aren't very harmful with less side effects.

Having my wisdom teeth cut out! What could I eat!
I'm having my teeth cut out tomorrow and I can only eat soft foods. I know soup is a big one but I want something else besides soup and jello. Any ideas?

1200 Calories and Working out?!
MFP has my daily intake as 1200 calories. How am I supposed to meet that AND workout in a day. I'm afraid I won't have enough energy to do my routine and will have massive fatigue. Any suggestions?

Gained 3 Pounds?!
The past week I've hit the diet pretty hard. I've changed the way I eat and what I eat and stay away from sugary drinks. I'm sure the diet change has something to do with it but I think I just need some support right now. I'm very frustrated.

CrossFit Anyone?
I have an opportunity to try CrossFit for a few sessions. Just started back on MFP and plan on sticking with it. I'm bored with exercise DVDs and wanted something new. Anyone tried it? Worth it?
