Diet Pills?

I know this sounds odd to be asking but I was wondering if there are any "safe" diet pills on the market? I'm wanting to jump start my weight lose, and I've done diet pills but the wrong way. I know they work, I just want to know if there are any that aren't very harmful with less side effects.

I think it unlikely you will find anyone in here recommending diet pills. It;s not that kinda place. Most users have got rid of heir weight the healthy way and are proud of that fact.

My opinion is if you want to jump start your weight loss to get in the gym and do as much cardio as you can take/have the time for.

I would also cut out wheat. I am gluten intolerant and it has has a massive impact on how I feel and my weight gain.

If you want the weight to stay off, you need to do it the slow way.

    MeeshyBW is correct.

'Safe' could be Adios etc. But they still come with a lot of adverse side effects such as dehydration - because these only work in the sense they get rid of water weight - so the weight loss is temporary. By the way, they don't work long term. And whatever you do, please do not buy any on the internet - there are a lot of unsafe diet pills out there!

Diet pills with the expectation of them magically burning fat, that will be a huge disappointment for you. Diet pills with the expectation of them curbing a sweet tooth and excess snacking, that's a much more reasonable expectation. The active components in these things are mainly yohimbe and caffeine. Yohimbe is a hit or miss with people as it can at times severely impact mood negatively. Caffeine, well, you could have just drank some extra green tea and coffee for the caffeine and skip the pills altogether.

    Jdooks is spot on.

If you look at the ingredients of these pills, it's mostly all caffeine.
