Goodluck and congrats on the first 20.

Thumper, I was one of those that ate 3-4000 calories in about 2 sittings. In the past few weeks I have changed that dramatically by dropping down to around 2060 a day. Now im having 3 meals with a small snack every 2-3 hours between. and by small snack I'm talking about 90-100 calories. Part of why my heart rate was so…

This is getting to be entertaining now.

I've talked with local fitness experts (mma trainers, physical therapists, gym trainers, semi-pro athletes) and 1-2 pounds in a day is healthy. Any more then that is where most of the problems begin.

mndamon, The reason I'm taking the fat burner is to go along with the high physicality of my job. I'm trying to utalize my work to help me loose weight. While there I'm constanly lifting 50 pound boxes of tile 40 times in only 25-30 minutes. This sort of thing happens a number of times each day along with walking over 12…

erinhale not to worry I'm not looking at it as calories to spare. This was more of a personal experiment to show me little things like when I sweat where my heart rate is since I tend to sweat a lot when I'm working. Turns out I really start sweating at 160 where I start dripping. I had done some working out and had logged…

I am eating about 2,000 calories a day. I did say that what I thought was my resting heart rate was actually just me sitting around for a few hours doing nothing. And yes I am losing between 1 and 2 pounds a day. I used to eat closer to double the amount of food that I am right now.

There is actually no input for resting heart rate. To get my heart rate up that high could have happened one of 3 times during the day. I think it was this one though... I had to pull 12 bozes of tile and put it on a pallet for a guest. The catch is that we can't have pallets on the sales floor for long periods of time. I…

How about 27 with 45 pounds to lose?

I did email the manufacturer the results for their input as well.

It does feel like exercise. I do get rather sweaty to where some days I will buy a new shirt and change on a break. And most days, I am exhausted with an adrenaline rush from running around all day with the heart pumping. I had a fellow team member wear a pedomiter (Ithink that's what it's called) but it calculated that he…

I'm using the Sportline duo 1025 dual-use heart rate monitor. As for the timing of taking the "resting" rate it was after sitting around for over an hour, but I'll try taking it before getting out of bed. There is no setting for kilojoules only mentions calories the entire way through the set up. I did double check the…

I don't know, now this is starting to confuse me... I have set up a profile within the watch to help calculate my max heart rate using age, weight, and height. Based off of this most of my day would have been in a "fat burning zone" or 60-75% of my max heart rate (a rate of 115-144). At rest I'm at 106. Could it be…

The activity level might not have been set, but that's why it was an "experiment" today. It is set now for my low at 115 max at 155. This can be changed. Any advise on what I might want to set it at. And yes, I am using a chest strap along with the watch.

My resting heart rate is around 105 and was a constant 140+ most of the day. Correct me if I'm wrong, but walking at a fast pace by it self is considered a work out to a lot of people and that is the smallest thing I do. I just wanted to add that since the only time my heart raate was at a resting rate was when I was on my…

I agree with farewellantic, give it another go and if its more of the same I would say something about it. If not for yourself, for others that might not want to say something about it. Like you said, you are paying for the membership and their services, and it sounds like in that particular instance you're not getting…

You found a great site. Everyone here is looking to do the same thing and are very helpful if you have any questions. Good luck on your journey.

I did get my heart rate going... It got up to 194 for a little bit, and just sitting here im at 120. I can't wait to see what I burn while I'm at work. It should be interesting. While im thinking about it... If I burn the 640 calories, should I eat only part of them back, none back, all back?
