Due to my work schedule my workout times vary depending if I'm working out before work or on my day off. I usually try to get in at least 30 mins and am going for about 4-5 times a week but that is a new goal.

Way to go!

My inspiration is to be a better self. I do a lot of physical labor at work and I want to be able to do it and not be as tired afterwords or sore for that matter. Looking better wouldn't hurt either, lol.

It's all good

hi

I too live alone and am single so i understand where you're coming from. Remember, we are all here for you. Just keep the thought of success on your mind and the amount of hard work you have already done on your mind too when you are about to grap something to eat that you shouldn't. That usually works for me.

WAY TO GO! Looking great! btw, nice tats

Mio is awesome! A nice change of pace to plain water. Not a big fan of regular iced tea but I think I might have to try this Mio addition idea. Sounds good

I don't do the dance games but I do use games for my exercise. I have a Kinect for Xbox 360. I play Your Shape: Fitness Evolved and Kinect Sports right now. In about a week my next game comes out which is UFC: Personal Trainer

Sounds like what I do. I'm glad to see it works for others too. :-)

I work 10-12 hour shifts working retail management in a hardware store. For myself I don't add a whole lot of extra calories. What I do is make sure I have some granola bars or protien bars on hand. The protien bars work well as a meal replacement depending on the type and tent to hold me over for a few hours without…

That's awesome. I just had an elderly couple come into my work (retail) and the elder man first said after I slid over to let them into the aisle that I needed to be thinner. I said I was working on it. (this was after losing my first 10 pounds) and he responded that I should work harder. :-/

Nice... I need to go grocery shopping tomorrow. I think I will have to look into that. And by look into, I mean buy.

I just bought a new scale myself. It's by Taylor and is a bodyfat scale. It cost only $30 and does quite a bit. It monitors Body fat, water weight, and even reads out in decimals for a more precise weight measurment. Their website is www.taylorusa.com if you want to check it out. The model is 5754.

Count me in!!! Now I just need a pedometer

I'm more of a rum and coke kinda guy. I'm a fan of Captain Morgan's 100 proof and Private Stock If I do make my self a drink I'm now using diet coke and actually measuring my shots not guessing.

Hello

I listen to anything, hard, heavy, loud, and fast.

I know this post was more of a "getting things off my chest" type of post, but I'm hoping it helps anyone else who has delt with this or might not have thought about it. Good luck everyone with achieving your goals.

I'm a gamer too. In fact I do my working out to Your Shape: Fitness Evolved and Kinect Sports. Otherwise I play Call of Duty on xbox 360 and am currently playing the new Mortal Kombat

Sounds like it could be fun

I've had/have and used the Wii games, Kinect, and the PS Move. Out of the three I only currently own the XBOX 360 Kinect. I've heard good things about the Zumba dvds and the kinect game as well. Myself, I use the Kinect Sports as a warmup and then use Your Shape: Fitness Evolved. It is a great workout tool. It has…

From what I've read on multiple posts that a lot of it depends on the individual person. Myself... If I eat my burnt calories back I will end up gaining and not loosing anything. But that's me. You might be the same way or you might be one who needs to eat all or maybe even some of your burnt calories back. I had done some…
