I love 45 calorie bread! I can't get enough of it! Okay, I just wanted to say that. :smile:

    Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat 45 calorie bread. Most major stores should carry it.

    Orrowheat has a 40 calorie bread!! It's so good too..had some today :)
    It's called Orrowheat Light 100% Whole wheat bread....haven't had the sara lee version, but I'll def have to try it!

    Plus I think it tastes just as good as any whole wheat bread. I've had ten slices today and still been under my calorie limit!

    How many carbs is in it? I'm looking for a low cal low carb bread option :)

    I looked it up.. 19 carbs in 2 slices.. plus 5 grams of fiber per 2 slices. so 14 carbs. for every gram of Fiber there is u take a way a carbohydrate!
