I did really well my first years eating Hummus, salad, cottage cheese and wheat thins. then I failed with too much cheese, late night snacks, dressings, and processed foods.

I recommend getting friends who will motivate you to stay in it...I am relitivly new and it is nice to know I am not the only one.

speaking of weather how do you stay motivated when it is so darn gloomy out all the time. MIKA I love listening to his stuff when working out, most of it is up beat and fun to listen to. I usually look silly because i cannot help but dance a little while i listen and run.

I have to say that binge eating is my toughest battle! I usually do great during the day but at night I just eat and eat and eat! I have found that having to write down all of my calories has made me not do it as often becasue I feel guilty :smile: . But I have also started doing something really corny! I put post-its all…

I did not have friends on this site but they have used other things and I would be temporarly deaf to the comments. I found this site on my own and i really think that its great. I think it is because it is easy to use and motivational... good luck on your goals!

I agree that staying positive is important because a positive attitude helps to keep you from being depressed about the features that you would rather change... I would say I like my boobs, I can make some great cleavage. :wink:
