  • M&S has nice salad pots, orzo and couscous and things for about 300 calories a piece. I love the flavor and they keep me full for ages.
  • Right? Ground turkey is vile! I eat beef maybe 1x per month but would much rather eat it rarely than substitute turkey.

  • Mine is to do all 70,000 steps and visit my new gym at the first time. I prefer to workout outside but it starts getting dark at 4 here so winter workouts are a bit tougher.
