M&S has nice salad pots, orzo and couscous and things for about 300 calories a piece. I love the flavor and they keep me full for ages.

Right? Ground turkey is vile! I eat beef maybe 1x per month but would much rather eat it rarely than substitute turkey.

1. Lose the last 10 pounds (40 down) 2. Go to yoga more frequently (30 times) 3. Make sure to get my 10,000 steps in a day 4. Eat more consistent meals 5. Learn to cook (I hate cooking with a passion but I can bake, it can't be that hard, right?)

Mine is to do all 70,000 steps and visit my new gym at the first time. I prefer to workout outside but it starts getting dark at 4 here so winter workouts are a bit tougher.

I'd like to lose about 5 more kilo (I've lost 15 so far, leaving me about 72kg). This definitely isn't tiny but I'm at 77 now and a size 10 (14 UK) and am not sure any smaller is necessary / maintainable over the long term.

Despite being a student, I'm never home during the week (leave before 9 and get home at 6ish). The weekends tend to be my catch up and relax day so I tend to be home more which means less walking and more snacking.
