Weight fluctuates, continue to weigh daily, look at trend over 2 weeks.

A trainer who can't do maths shouldn't be a trainer. Numbers are quite important.

Why wouldn't you tell friends and family that you are trying to better yourself. It's nothing to be ashamed of.

Urgh god why did I click, no work will be done today.

A week is no time at all to gauge success. Perhaps try sticking with something for a while before deciding you need to change it up. And after a week your arms are no way 'bulking up'. That takes months of proper training. I suggest if your goal is to lose more body fat then just eat at a calorie deficit and continue…

"dont eat carbs after...." is such a go to answer for so called 'trainers'. Really, don't listen to it, you would probably see results providing you didn't go mental and make other bad decisions first. But you'd have seen those results if you did anything else too. Have your carbs whenever you want, stay within your…

I reckon it landed on a dirt runway somewhere and quickly got put in a hangar. But who knows.

Time to get your own back I say.

Yeah friends and family suck when it comes to joining up from my experience. I know several people who see how excited I get about the whole thing, then they get excited too, sign up, then just don't bother. I'd happily just let it go but it just reminds me how uncommitted they are. But also fills me with a sense of…

One of the commentors below said it better than I ever could: "Bryan Garcia · Follow · Albuquerque, New Mexico I don’t think that I have ever gone out of my way to respond to one of these ridiculous articles, but this, my friend, was one of the most irritating pieces of literary *kitten* I have ever forced myself to…

What an absolutely ridiculous blog post, it hurt my brain just reading it. For those that want more of the gun wielding badass, here you go. Too muscly for my cup of tea, but each to their own.

I don't trust women with short hair, not after Nina Myers.

No it's not BS. However it isn't accurate unless you are of the median body composition on which it is based. Which percentage wise, the majority are. However, it's not accurate for particularly tall/short/muscly people. BF is better to go by.

Hold on, were you suggesting you might actually do this? If so that would go up with shake weights and sauna suits in the stupid approach to weightloss awards. Thats not meant to sound offensive btw.
-
Not worth thinking about IMO. Doing whatever for 5 minutes longer will burn more calories though ;)

I don't think its particularly bad for children. Supervision as always though is a must!

Thumbs up for Almond Milk!

I got home yesterday and realised EVERY spoke on my back wheel was seriously loose. Not going to ride it now until I get it sorted at Giant ASAP. Might consider riding my mountain bike the 12 miles each way to work, but that sounds like some hard riding compared to my nice thin slicks on road bike!

Nice work, I especially like that you are smiling in the newer one, even if it's just cos you got a newer iPhone! I run and cycle and occasionally swim, bit scared to try and go into Triathlon territory though!

The whole diet starts monday/I'll start at the weekend/I'll wait till New Year/tomorrow is such a load of bull in my opinion. There will ALWAYS be times you can put it off, and putting it off is why you are in this position now. Because you can't act now to change yourself without thinking "this is gonna get in the way"…

I'm sure its something to be scared of. You are essentially becoming a different person. not just physically but also mentally. In order to get down to the size you want to be you have to change mentally. If even a little bit. I'm sure though you will find that person to be a very likeable character and look good as well.…

Hi Gary, It's a tough cycle to break, believe me I know. Just fill yourself with good inspiration from here, particularly the success threads. If you want it enough you'll get there.

I haven't shared a barbell for years, but when i did, I didn't wipe down, I usually used gloves anyway. I don't think of it as much of a problem. Not like a sweaty wet bench!

I'm not sure if it has been suggested yet or not but you can get inserts for your shoes from Pharmacies that can be quite good for PF.
