Mix: 1/4 cup fage greek yogurt 1/4 cup non fat cottage cheese 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 tbp almond butter 1/3 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use optimum nutrition double rich chocolate) I look forward to this every night :9

Eas myoplex lite is pretty good! I usually freeze some soymilk and then will blend them together with a banana. It doesn't have a lot a lot of sugar either : )

Water is not an issue for me : ) and as for strength training, like I said, I got stronger but also looked bigger so I only do it occasionally now. I've been reading other posts and apparently I'm not eating enough? My goal is 1200 and I burn about 400-500 calories a day exercising and the past few days since I've started…
