I dont know 100% but I would guess so. I sometimes exercise in my conservatory and its warmer in there leading me to sweat more. The more sweat the better the workout :-)
-
Mmmh sounds good! Might try these :-)

I second to that but not had problems with my knees. Iv been told by the doctor to stop going to the gym :-( I usually eat health anyway but would also like to know any foods 2 lower BP. I am on medication but want to get off it. Any suggestions anyone?
-
I graduate on 8th July 2010 - trying lose weight for that but struggling as Dr told me not to exercise until my blood pressure is normal :-( I used to go to the gym 4-5 days a week and now cant go - well gutted.
-
Great job! My BP is still high though and I was told by Dr to stoip my exercise :-( Might be due to exam stress but will gradually by put on10mg tablets.
-
Thanks for that, seems like an interesting read. My belief is its all about changing the small things :-)
-

-

Im just back from the doctors and was told not to exercise until my heart and blood pressure is sorted out. I am well gutted but there is not much I can do about it :-(
-
Sorry to hear about your stress, Paul but its not good for your heart. I wish you all the best and good luck in acheiving your goals.

I have a similar family to that! My food diary yesterday was terrible after being good all week. I have a wedding coming up next week where there will be lots of and I mean lots of food.
-
I havent had a diet drink in a while now even though my family drink it a lot. I dont know how I stopped, but I just did! Try drinking alternaties which is what I do ie green tea, water, flavoured water, diluted juice etc.

Hi, I have a similar problem. Was speaking to one of the trainers in the gym who said rather than eating 'bad' snacks throughout the day even if it is just one, have 1 'bad' day set aside each week to allow you to eat things you wouldnt normally. Hope that help, but whatever works for you is best.

I know, its very confusing. I just check from the machine how many calories I burned and use that amount in my exercise diary regardless of how long it took.
-
Me too! Trying my best to avoid but they are advertised all over.

Cadbury (or should I say Kraft) chocolate mini eggs.

Happy Easter everyone, its a great day in Glasgow today! Im off to the gym for a fitness test so I better face up to reality and make myself fitter.
-
Good luck to you too!!!

Add me to this please spreadsheet please - I need something like this. Looking forward to my new gym routine of 5-6 days a week. Hopefully moving to a more bigger gym will motivate me. My current weight is 11 stone = 154lb but want to get it down to 9.5 stone= 135lb Add me as a friend if you wish!

I just ate Flahavans's Easy Oats with Semi Skimmed milk and 0.25 teaspoon of honey mixed in. Plus I had 2 dates with 2 almonds in each. I usually eat Bran Flakes, Cheerios or Ready Brek though but just because it was the weekend, had plenty of time in the morning. Also the weather is getting better and I will probably stop…
-
I do that sometimes but that is usually when I have skipped breaksaft or had little for lunch. Eat throughout the day rather than late and night - I should learn from this advice too ;-)
-
Hi, welcome. I am 21 and just joined 3 weeks ago. It is great to keep an eye on what you are eating as before I had no clue. Add me as a friend if u want and you can see my food diary.
-
Sounds nice, might try it for lunch in 13hours!
-
I use Sweetex which is the main sweetner in the UK.
-
Skipping ropes is great exercise. I usually do a little during the weekends and do 1000 skips - A great workout but I have been busy with uni work and my fitness is falling :-(

Dont worry too much about sugar as long it is the natural kind i.e. in food such as fruit rather than refined sugar which is not the good kind. Not too sure about the 5 weeks prediction because I dont exercise everyday but the prediction (i think) assumes I do.

Thats somehing I am in a dilemna about too. Itry to eat around 1,200 calorie but no less than that.
