thats awesome! i just read that post as well and i am planning on starting my zig-zagging tomorrow. I was worried that i might gain weight at first because of the high amount of calories on day 3 but it is reassuring to know you just staryed and are doing great so far. I cant wait to see what results ill see! good luck =)

has anyone gained weight in the beginning by zig zagging calories? My max weight loss is 1200 cals (max deficit 600cal) im afraid upping my cals to 1800 a couple days a week will make me gain weight

Did you gain weight when you first increased your calories in April? I work out 5-7 days a week and I am currently on 1200 cal a day. I haven't been losing any weight (my current weight is 124). Also are you eating back the calories you burn?
