slin fast 130lbs
Hey anyone out there done slimfast who started at about 130lbs. Yes I realize it's full of sugar and may not support long term weight loss. I just find that I have the most success with diet plans that are already laid out for me so no thinking is involved.

low-carb/not reaching calorie goal
I am starting a low carb diet to try and lose 3-5lbs. by june 17th (going to cabo!). I am having a hard time sticking to under 50g carbs per day and still reaching my calorie goal (1300). Any suggestions?

exercise before drinking?
I know drinking obviously slows down weight loss, but I was wandering if it will help at all to workout in the morning before a night of drinking. Also is it beneficial to workout after a day of drinking?Or do I need to wait until all the alcohol and acetate from alcohol has left my system?

I weigh myself on the scale at the gym. which is one of the manual ones where you slide the weight over till it is balance. Is this method more/or less accurate than a digital scale?

2lbs away from goal weight....still have tummy fat =(

I am supposed to be eating 1200 calories a day. I work out 5-7 days a week and burn about 300-700 calories through working out. Should I be eating these calories back?
