tuna/ground turkey/chicken breats/shrimp

I eat a lot of these for my protein and I was wandering if anyone had some recipe ideas using one of these ingredients. I am also on a low carb/low sodium diet, but feel free to post whatever you'd like I'm sure other people will benefit from more ideas as well!

Ill start:
Thai coconut curry shrimp
20 cooked small shrimp (tail off) 99% fat free
1tsp no salt added organic peanut butter
2tsp Thai red curry paste
1/3c light coconut milk
1c veggies (i like to use frozen stir fry veggies)

Under 400 cals and low carb!
