I uninstalled Facebook about a month ago after calling someone i don't know an insufferable *kitten*. Not the person I want to be. Haven't really missed it. I pop in about once a week on the PC to see what my sister and her family are up to

My weekday routine On the first train downtown [warm up] Once I hit union station I use a brisk walk to the subway entrance. Walk down/up the stairs instead of the escalator. I do walk when i can. Did a little over two miles at lunch today and almost the yesterday. Its when the stuff really hits the fan and i can't leave that things go askew for me. This will be a better week! Going to start logging good again for a while, as i received a premium upgrade with my samsung gear fit 2.

Down 0.2 pounds. Its a win, as i expected to gain at least a couple with all the stress eating.

Feels like it's been a good week. Good workouts and the diet had remained intact. It really helps that my wife is trying to lose now too!
