In the beginning I was sick of how I had let myself get to where I was. For awhile I burned more calories a day than I consumed. Many on here will say that isn't healthy, but I jump started myself. Now I am starting to eat my daily calories and get in plenty of excercise. I feel better than I have ever.

I hadn't lost a pound since 10/07. I had actually went up a couple during that time. My elliptical machine did die which didn't help any, but i still stuck to my eating habits. I finally had a breakthrough this morning. I had plateaued hard. I just kept plugging along until i broke on through.

Like others have said get out and walk. Walking is one of the best prescriptions for your back. Try to walk on a flat surface, try to find a rubberized track if possible.

Eggs don't cause high cholesterol. When I was at my top weight i was eating a lot of eggs and when the blood work came back i was basically dead except my cholesterol was fine.
