I have used it twice. Both times I have developed Kidney Stones. There has been some reports that it causes kidney stones. If you have never had one they are bad. On a scale of 1-10 they aren't even on it.

Going to the mountains this weekend to fish and paint our camp. Packing tuna, canned green beans, canned deer meat and will pick up some fresh fruit on my way up. Thanks for the replies guys. Like some of you pointed out I was use to eating "regular" yogurt. I might try turning it into ranch dressing for veggies that would be a great idea. Never really thought about spiking it with truvia and some cut up bannana's. 261 pounds is amazing.

Diet and excercise is what is doing it for me. I have really cut my calories but i had to make a drastic change in my life. The lifestyle change is what the biggest key is. I know that i will loose big but the lifestyle has to change or it isn't going to matter in the long run.

I started Alli last year. It makes you not want any fats in your diet because of the resulting consequences. I did loose more weight taking it. I also developed a 5mm kidney stone. I hit a plateau bad on my weight loss. I upped my water up to 64 oz a day. Then it started coming off quicker. Not scientific but helped I think.
