Special K Chips will help you out 30 of the sea salt ones have 110 calories. Put some salsa on them and they are pretty tasty.

I weigh myself way to much. But it keeps me going. I have a digital scale also. To see any downward trend especially in the morning keeps me excited.

Jack Link's has strips of meat packaged. They are usually only 120-150 calories. They might push your sodium a little bit. But when i am traveling i always have a supply handy.

Those burgers frozen thawed and reheated will turn out like hockey pucks. I bought a microwave dish that holds four eggs. I spray the tray with olive oil then wipe it off. Just make the switch to a healthier way of life. Sounds simple and easy but it isn't. You have to watch out for what triggers your problems and try to replace it with a healthier alternative. I chew a lof of gum and drink at least a couple of gallons of water a day.

I weigh myself every day, "at least". It is obsessive on my part at this time, but why would it be unhealthy. I know my weight fluctuates through the day and in the mornings. Would rather be obsessive with weighing myself rather than figuring out where to get my next fast food fix.

The food part for some reason has been easy this time as far as loosing goes. The goals I have tried to meet and exceed are water and excercise. If i don't excercise for a day I feel like i have put on weight.

Pouch tuna, pouch chicken are good and don't have to be in a cooler. Fresh fruit is good. Special k chips are great and only 110 calories a serving. hard boil some eggs and take with you for the mornings.

I put a picture up of myself that i hate on my refrigerator. Then when i am 1/2 asleep it wakes me up.

As soon as i trim down i am taking clothes to the goodwill. If they are laying around i have something to go back to. I don't want to have any clothes to go back to anymore. I am down three pant sizes since i started this. Good thing i kept that size...:) I won't hold onto the big ones anymore.

Excercise more...Stay outside in the evenings as long as possible. I try not to come inside until after dark. By the time i take a shower and get ready for bed i don't have time to go back to the fridge.

I worked two hours in my garden last night in the heat. I do have a lot of broccoli, roma tomatoes and green peppers for dinner tonight. I get a little funky when i start eating lots of protein. Especially when I consume venison.

It will burn a lot of calories. Not sure how many but putting up hay is a great workout.

Think about it this way. Spend more money on groceries now and get healthy or....... Spend much more on medical bills later. :)
