  • a lot of people just wear a pair of shorts and a sports bra, men usually are just wearing workout shorts or bike shorts. I wouldn't wear anything too loose, it just soaks us the sweat, better to wick it away or let it just drip away. Have fuuuun!!
  • OMG OMG OMG, my husband and I are trying to get pregnant...I probably have 10 more or so to lose before I think I will look good in the mirror, and I'm hoping not to gain toooo much when I get pregnant so I know how you feel. You really shouldn't gain more than 15 pounds according to women in my family, they eat sensibly.…
  • Haha, I like your pics....and your quotes!!
  • Phentermine!!! But you have to get it from a doc, sometimes there are medical weight loss clinics that prescribe them.....***ducks and covers*** That's the only thing that will get you to lose that much in that little of time...
  • And I think everyone knows what happens when you assume....darn it, I couldn't resist.
  • If you read my post a little more closely you would have seen that this has nothing to do with mfp.....forget it.
  • Oh never mind....I give up. I'm glad to see most people get my drift. I don't feel bad about my feelings about facebook. I don't have issues, I don't need a shrink. Was just sharing a thought. I think sometimes we jump on the bandwagon of certain things that become popular and don't see them for what they really are…
  • Ha ha you snarky fella  But I get your drift, I think you would agree though that sitting on one's *kitten* counting calories after a good workout is better than sitting on one's *kitten* reading about other people's boring day...we are not regressing on mfp!!!!!
  • A pair of spin shoes that I never use anymore. I got new nikes that are really comfortable and my spinning shoes are suuuuper old and worn out.
  • Thumbs up daddyratty!

  • I hope that when I lose these last 10 or 15 pounds (the thingy say 20, but I'm happy with less, it'll fit me just fine) I get the drive back, and so does my husband!!!
  • Throw it in the trash can, and then throw something else on top of it like an ashtray or the contents of the vacuum cleaner....works every time!
  • I think it is hard-wired in our dna to look at people who are healthy in a more attractive light, including ourselves. From the standpoint of a man perceiving a woman as more attractive may have something to do with her ability to carry a healthy child. My sister is an OB/GYN and it is true that physically it is harder to…
  • Problem when I drink low cal beers like the 55 or 64 cal ones is that I end up drinking double as they have half the amount of alcohol as miller lites....my favorite....I'm totally off the wagon right now so I'm not one for giving any advice on anything, just my .02 hahaha
  • Since my "talking to," I haven't been using my ipod.....trying to be respectful because I guess I could see how she would be offended, I also try not to take her class if I don't have to. I've seriously fallen off the wagon something terrible so it isn't really an issue as I've been exercising little and eating a…
  • Bacon Gasoline Paige (my beagle) Workbooks (I'm a teacher)
  • The Dean's ones are only 160 cals...not too shabby!!! But I like the graham cracker idea a lot too.....
  • The gilette razor for women, for those "sensative" areas that require shaving....it showed a woman running (for the active lifestyle haha) past shrubbery and bushes...as she ran by them, they would spruce up, become instantly neat and trim....it took me a couple times of seeing it before I figured that this was just plain…
  • Hal Higdon! Got me through two marathons, and five halfs!

  • Haha arewethereyet :) Maybe part rebel, part wanting to get in a great workout!?!?!
  • I say work until you've got nothing left to give, nothing at all, then you take a break, and get back in it, don't wait too long, just dive right back in.
  • Well, maybe see your doc.
  • Hmm, maybe it's the whole ketone thing. When I went low carb/no carb for a wedding I noticed my breath smelled terrible, my pits were sweating and smelly, and I had really bad gas.......other than that, if I have a really good sweat fest at the gym, I stink. There's just no nicer way of putting it...
  • Hmmm..I don't think it's food related. As for smelling that in the shower, sometimes I can smell bleach strongly in our water.....otherwise maybe its...well, the body. Not to get into too much detail, but it might just be your own body odor that has a bleachy smell. Sometimes my husband has this when he's a bit…
  • I think I will try those stationary bikes sometime when I don't care for the instructor. They just don't feel the same as spin bikes though :( Otherwise, just to be a stinker, I think I'll take her class next week, leave off the headphones, and do the opposite of what she's doing hahahaha.....
  • I say save up for it. Or do some extra excercise. If we have to have a deficit of 3500 cals per week in order to lose a pound, then it's all down to the numbers. I guess if you're under 1300 for 7 days in a row, that would entitle you to about a 1000 calorie splurge after day 7.
  • But who would do their own thing in Zumba, step, or whatever body pump is.....Spin is different...it's not like I'm bothering anyone by not doing the same thing, and actually I do follow the class, just to my own music. So the ONLY difference between me and my neighbor is that I've got my headphones on.....
