  • 1) I'm going to have to check into that crockpot cookbook, I love crock potting it. 2)One of the recipes in "cook this not that" uses king arthur flour to make whole wheat pancakes with fruit compote instead of pancake syrup (mostly high fructose corn syrup).
  • Personally I never "crave" PB, but do enjoy it because it is filling and tastes good with a little jam or honey.Also, its full of monounsaturated fats, which are good. WARNING: Regular PB (like Jiff) contains partially hydrogenated oils (aka trans fat).I recommend the natural stuff.
