I got a small hot chocolate from Wawa with skim milk, and no whipped cream. And it was over 400 calories! I shouldn't be too surprised, but man when I logged it... Woah!

All the freaking time when I'm home. But I know that time of day, clothes, and a whole host of other things can make it fluctuate a lot, so I log about once every 2 weeks.

Eating less calories then you burn is pretty much the only way to lose weight. Whether you do that through specific diets, surgery, smaller portions, or increased exercise, it comes down to decreasing calorie intake.

Hello! I'm Adria, and I started 30DS today! First time through, but I'm excited about the wonderful reviews it's gotten. I didn't get a chance to measure myself, but I plan on doing that tomorrow, since that seems to be the biggest difference. So far, I can already tell that it's gonna kick my butt though!
