NO it does not. Pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat. The pound of fat is larger in size and therefore takes up more room. Its a volume thing, not a weight thing.

Why not? I understand if eating just before bed disturbs your sleep in some way, but there is no evidence that you can't eat before bed. Bolded statement is just a ridiculous myth.

Ranch with a little hot sauce added to it is to die for! You can also if needed, thin out the ranch with a tiny bit of milk to make it go further.

I take a large salad to work almost every day. Always with a protein added, Shrimp, tuna chicken etc). Depending on my mood it could have...apples, oranges, strawberries, cranberries, tomatoes, all kinds of raw veg. A splash of dressing and I'm good to go. It is rarely the same salad twice. Too many yummy things to add.
