I wanna join. I just got over bronchitis, well, am still in the late stages but almost in the clear. I am at 253 and been stuck for a year. My first goal is to get to 199 or ONEderland! I look forward to this!

I feel that it depends on confidence. I have a two piece where my back shows but my belly doesn't. I give kudos to anyone who will show their belly with confidence! I just am not there yet. Maybe one day! LOL

I log my off days. Shows me that I am still human and still can get off track. I log beer and alcohol as well. I have no reason not to log anything. Logging will continue forever!

I am at a plateau too. I am going to try to switch up my workout routine and have a free day a week for eating yet I will still track. I have been stuck for 3 weeks. i went up about .08 lb. Hopefully I can kick it this week. Good luck
