I'm in and done. 4 sets of 25 on each arm with 5lb weight. This is my first challenge and just may have been what I needed to kick me back into gear to workout. Thanks!!!

Thank you everyone!!! I just wanted to make sure I wasn't crazy and was trying to do this right. This brings up another question...many say you should eat your calories burned. So if I burn 1,500 calories at work I have 1,500 extra calories to play with?
