I agree. I've eaten it for the last 3 nights. It's so filling. I just make sure to only eat soup I make because canned soup is so full of sodium.

awesome job :) I am also 5'2" and it's amazing how much of a difference each pound makes when you are short. You look great.

It's funny, because my husband saw the 30DS as a video for women. I finally got him to try it with me and he couldn't believe how great of a workout it was. He is on level 2 now and works up a great sweat.

Awesome job. :) I was a size 0/2 in high school and ended up being a size 14 after having my daughter. I am now in a size 6/8 and am realizing I probably can get back to my size 2 if I really work at it.

Just me waist measurement. I've lost 5 inches so far :) Maybe I should start measuring everything so I can see some results even if I don't see them on the scale.

Ah ok. Thanks for clarifying. Yeah, no carbs + breastfeeding doesn't seem like a good mix. My goal is to lose the weight as quickly as possible, but being able to provide adequate and nutritionally balanced milk for my daughter supersedes that goal---darn kids always coming before us. LOL So it looks like 1lb a week may be…

how do I eat fruit and keep sugars at 0? You mean sugars other than natural sugars?

I just add 1 minute of cardio and put it as BFing 450 cals.

I'm 5'2" and currently 150lbs. I'm a size 10 right now and I was to be a size 6. I am thinking 135lbs will get me comfortably in that size. I know when I was 130 I was in a 4. That would be ok too, but I'm not pushing myself. :)

I'm in. I actually just started today.

Hi. My daughter is 6 months old (she's my 2nd child). It took me awhile to find a balance of eating enough calories for milk production, but not too many. I think I've finally figured it out. Feel free to add me. :)

I'm eating 2000 calories a day. I haven't really been working out at all. My 5.5 month old is EBF (bites of food here and there) and still nurses 8-12 times a day.

All I know is for me personally, my supply drops when I cut my calories too quickly or too much. 2000 cals a day seems to be my happy place for weight loss as well as my supply.

I found how many cals I could eat to lose one pound a week (1500) and then I add 500 calories for BFing everyday. I did it this way because at first, I had to add 700 cals for BFing and work down to 500 or else my supply tanked.
