My ideal is in between a 2-4 pant size for my height. I am 5'4 and pretty petite so that is the pant size that I was for many years until I gained weight.

I choose my goal weight to reflect the time in my life when I felt the best and the healthiest. My goal is 120, because that is about what I weighed Freshman year of college. 120 is also a good balance that fits in my target weight range.

OMG! You look so beautiful, and I love your story. I really love your ideas about making challenges for yourself and cooking all of your own meals (something I am really going to have to work on). It is wonderful to read your story and learn techniques that will hopeful help me in my journey!
