That is GREAT advice! You can't just give up. Just think that every decision you make with eating or exercising can be making you fatter or thinner. You decide each time which to chose. Its all up to you! Don't beat yourself up about past decisions, just try to make as many good decisions as you can. It will get easier…

You can enter a recipe on here as well to see how many calories per serving. Under Food --> Recipes --> Add New Recipe I got about 52 calories each on there. Probably depends on which ingrediants you choose. I used bleached white flour. I am just curious if this recipe REALLY makes that many servings...

I think you are safe if most of it is coming from natural sugar. The sugar requirement on MFP seems really low to me so I removed it from my diary :) I eat primarily natural sugars so I am not so concerned. Try to eat lean meats (chicken, fish, etc) to up your protein and pair it with veggies, fruit, and SMALL servings of carbs if you want them (whole grain pasta, rice, bread). If you start eating 5 meals or so a day, they don't have to be so big and you never get overly hungry. You should be eating every few hours something.…

Wow!! Awesome! I love TurboFire, but haven't tried to do the whole program. I did the Insanity program and it was amazing the results I had in 60 days. You can think about doing a hybrid with TurboFire - adding in another program and switching between. Congrats on getting there!
