Hey guys here is a quick update on the current situation :wink: I'm currently 10 months in (22/01/2015) and my current weight is 61.8kg. I'm about 14% BF at the moment. Going to the gym 2-4/week. The way I train really improved (thanks to the people at my local gym giving me tips etc..) Still having a hard time reaching…
