  • Cardio for 30 minutes. You can do muscle building at home before bed using just body weight. Buy a mat and put it on the floor in your room then bust out some sit-ups and push-ups before bed. Or some other form of exercise.

  • Another good site is bodybuilding.com they have a bunch of plans and it's free. Don't feel pressured to buy anything.
  • I've been using the app aaptiv and it's awesome. But it doesn't give you a workout plan (it does have monthly challenges) and costs $10/month. I usually run and then from there put random stuff together.[.
