definately need to eat more or your body will go into starvation mode and retain everything you eat. I would also increase protein. By doing this your body will burn more calories to break it down. Best of Luck

there are also good sugar that comes from natural foods and good fats. Don't worry to much. I focus on Calories, Protein and Carbs.

nothing is wrong with some sugar... but there are days that i have 2-3 20oz soda which is way to much sugar and I don't want to be dependent on it for energy like I have been/am.

Thanks for the suggestion but....If I am going to drink a soda I want a real soda. I have also done research regarding the "fake" sugar used in diet soda and it should that you are more likely to gain weight with diet soda vs regular soda

Cut the pill in half. Most of the time multivitamins have way more % then we need in a day and our body just gets rid of what we don't need so by cutting the pill in half and take one in the morning and one in afternoon, saves you money so you do not have to spend more and allows your body to actually absorb the vitamins.

Hate to say this but that belly bump is the last to go and its so hard to lose.... really have to doing at least 30 min cardio and 30 min weight training... weight training will help you to lose to BMR so you burn more calories through out the day and eventually lose the belly bump...

Do not worry about drinking a protein shake and turning into a weight lifter. You would have to consume so many more calories then just a protein shake. I would suggest taking in immediately after working out b/c that is when your body need the protein to help repair your muscles. Drinking it before will only hurt your…

Yes, especially when u are on a calorie controlled diet. Thats because it acts as a filler when you think you are hungry. Plus if you only drink water you can save you calories for actual food.
