  • My go to pasta is bionaturae organic gluten free I know Whole Foods carries this product. they come in about 4 or 5 different styles (shapes). It is a rice, potato and soy blend. For lasagna noodles I use Tinkyada Pasta Joy Brown Rice Lasagna Noodles locally I have found them at Kroger.
  • I prefer the Jay Robb brand whey protein powders. I know Whole Foods sells them in individual serving size packets so you can try it before you spend the money on a bigger container. Also when I first started I sent messages to companies asking them to send me samples and a couple actually did.
