I'm sorry :( I don't understand why some people feel the need to be nasty for no reason. Keep up the good work and don't let people who have nothing nice to say bring you down. You are the better person!

Before I got my HRM I would enter it as circuit training. MFP overestimates the calories for sure though. It would tell me I burned around 230-240 (I think, it's been a while), but when I did it a week ago wearing the HRM I only burned around 180 doing level 3. I would highly suggest getting a HRM...best fitness investment…

You always have the best stuff! Thanks for sharing...and making me hungry!

I do Greek yogurt with a half cup dry oatmeal and fruit all mixed. On most days it keeps me full until lunch, but sometimes I need a snack by 11am.

Welcome to the club! There is lots of encouragement and good people here, so you have come to the right place!

It's now 4:20 p.m. Just in case anyone is interested.

Wow. It will be hard for me to complain about "not wanting to do it" ever again. Thank you for sharing.

Congrats!

Wow! That is a busy schedule. I don't think anyone could call you crazy! I have had weeks like that in the past and people on MFP suggest I take a day or two, then get back into it. It's hard when we have so much going on (I work two jobs as well) but if you take too much time off it may be harder to fit it back into your…

I smoke. I run. I smoke and run. I smoke and do productive things like clean the house. Different strokes for different folks! Why do we have to be addicts or trying to cover something just because it's a "drug"? Does that mean every person who hits a bar after work is an addict too? If you can function and be productive…

Thanks everyone! I will workout, enjoy, then workout again  P.s. to Maria...that is dedication!

I would guess that Yahoo and Google ads work the same. It's not like they are in completely different lines of work. Just because the add pops up doesn't mean the person has been searching for it. Sometimes it's just an add we all get.

I'm going to debate that one, big time! I have NEVER searched for glazed donuts, but I was greeting with a huge one on the left side of my yahoo mail today.

I'm so sorry to hear you are not getting support in the area you really need it right now. Hopefully the people hear can help with that. Is it possible your husband needs to make some changes as well and doesn't want to? I had a similar situation (with friends, so somewhat different) and the people around me that…

Are you eating back your exercise calories? If not, you may not be eating enough. I'm in the same boat as you. I have been working out 5-6x a week and haven't had any loss in 3 weeks. I upped my calories a bit over the past two days (about 200 more calories a day) and today the scale moved in the right direction. Don't…

I started using the Polar FT4 about 2 weeks ago and I LOVE it! It totally motivates me since I know what I'm burning now. I got mine on eBay for $65 brand new.

Needle or digital, they are evil devises meant to torture me! That being said, I use a digital scale

I would suggest taking baby steps to get you back to motivation. That's what I had to do, and am still doing. Those 10 pounds might be easier to get off the second time around, so don't be too hard on yourself. We all slip from time to time, so take this opportunity to get back on the horse before it gets too far away.…

I have made this with Laughing Cow cheese and some garlic salt as well. Delish and only about 35 calories per serving!

I have never been there, but I'm sure you can get some grilled chicken and some veggies? Maybe a potato with nothing on it?
-
Wow. I'm So glad I read that. I will be taking pics tomorrow morning!!

Welcome everyone! Have you tried making your own version of pizza at home? That might help your cravings. I get low-cal, wheat tortillas, low sodium tomato sauce and light cheese (plus whatever toppings you want to add) and just bake it in the oven for 10 minutes. The tortilla crisps pretty nice and you get the overall…

Me too, me too!!

1.5 pounds in 1 week is great! Some people don't see any loss for the first 1-2 weeks so you are ahead of the game! Try not to get frustrated and stick with it. It will work.

Chew some sugar free gum, STAT!

I have the same problem and it took me a while to get into a routine. I always pack my gym bag and have it in the car so I have no excuse, at least none other than I just don't want to. Try to force yourself to go for a few days because you will see how good you feel when you leave! I never want to go, but love how I feel…

The calcium part is fantastic to know! Bring on the cheese!!
