Does anyone ever save calories for the weekend? I plan to do a pretty heavy workout tonight before going away for a girls weekend tomorrow. If I don't eat my extra calories tonight, is it safe to say I can have a little extra tomorrow?

Calories during Cardio Kickboxing?
