Help me choose!

I'm trying to be good and plan ahead for a girls lunch on Saturday and am calling on my fellow MFPers to help me make the best choice. So please tell me wise ones, which of these sounds like the less caloric/ and or healthier option?

Option 1:
Caprese Pesto Panini
fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, basil,
pesto, flatbread with a side salad

OR

Option 2:
Blue Ribbon
mixed greens, roasted chicken, sliced pears, dried
cranberries, toasted walnuts, raspberry vinaigrette

    Completely guessing, but I would go with option #2. Create two recipes with the ingredients you plan on using and see which one is higher in calories, if this is your only concern. Otherwise, go with you you like.

    both sound awesome! i'll bet the panini is lower calories than the salad, but neither one sounds like a poor choice.
