Workout Supplements

I really want to kick off the new year at the gym with a bang! I tend to workout in the evening because I can't get out of bed in the morning. Are there any supplements out there that give you that added boost at the gym without keeping you up all night? Most of the stuff I have read about appears to be geared toward body building and I'm really looking to tone and shrink. Someone has to have a magic pill for that!

    If you work out in the morning...I would try Jack3d. I love it so far.

    Well its not a magic pill but I take L-Carnitine and CLA Tonalin. Seems to help me.
