24 Hour Fitness Circuit Program?

Has anyone done the 24 Hour Fitness Fit Light program? I love doing circuit training because don't like to keep doing the same thing for 30 minutes, but I have read some posts suggesting it may not be enough cardio.
I started off doing the 30 day shred in February and lost about 7 pounds, but now I'm stuck. I'm wondering if maybe the 7 pounds was just water weight and the program isn't working for me. I am desperate to loose 15 pounds within the next 3 months. Please help!!!

I'm not familiar with that particular program, but I think "enough cardio" really depends upon what your goals are. From what I've read, circuit training is great for fat loss, if that is your goal. I am losing weight on 20-40 minutes of very high intensity circuit training 5-6 times/week (sometimes I do 30-Day Shred workouts, most of the time I do my own blend of exercises in my living room based off of workouts I see on Bodyrock.tv).0
