LOL LOL LOL! I can't stop laughing.....thank you for trying to save me and being concerned. You guys are the best!

I'm no doctor, but I was say that you definitely need to eat more if you are working out that much! I tried eating that little while working out 5-6 days a week and my body shut down.

I totally agree! If I didn't have a smartphone and MFP I don't think I would have been as successful so far. It has saved me and kept my mind on track more than once. I was even looking into getting a bodybug for Christmas, but figured it wasn't needed since I can track all of my calories here for free! I love it and…

My husband likes "heavier" girls, but he is not complaining about my loosing weight either. In fact, we just talked about it yesterday and he said he would be happy if I lost more, but didn't mind where I was at. Bless his heart!

I read that Sake actually has the least calories of all alcohols, and it can be mixed like vodka. Sake #1, then vodka. I always mix with soda water (no cals) and a splash of lime. That counts as eating more veggies, right?

I'm a daily morning scale junkie. I have to keep focused and seeing the number keeps me on track.

I'm sorry things are so stressful! But try not to dwell on it too much and just look at each day as a new opportunity to start over and get on track. Sometimes changing your routine can actually be a good thing and reset your body. At least that's how my body works. It's Friday so you have a chance to get in lots of…

I always eat an apple a day as a snack and didn't realize how much it "moves" me until the long holiday weekend! I won't do that to myself again. Fiber is your friend!!

We have a few family run places in my area and I always get a burrito with BBQ Chicken, lettuce and salsa. It's filling and doesn't make you explode with the extra beans and rice. I add quac when I feel like getting a little crazy ;)

I was working with a trainer a while back and she told me to cut them because of the sodium. As soon as I did I started seeing a huge difference, so I found other ways to bring lunch everyday instead. I still have one now and then when the hubs is working late and it seems to be OK, but all the time held me back.

That's amazing! Congratulations on all of your hard work!!

Best. Thread. Ever. You all have made my day!!

Dear Selfish Neighbors, Please stop parking in front of my house! If you look really closely you will notice you not only have space in front of your own house, but unlike us, you also have a driveway!! I realize it takes a lot to walk across the street and move your car after the street sweeper has come, so imagine how…

I was always told that you should eat protein whenever you have carbs because it helps the body process it different. Not sure about the facts behind that, but that's what I was told by a trainer.

I was eating 1000-1200 calories a day and working out 4-5 times a week. I had lost a good 20 pounds and then hit a wall. A trainer at the gym asked to see my food log and instantly said I wasn't eating enough. I increased my calories to 1500 a day and started loosing again. In my opinion, the amount of calories you eat…

P.s. I promise to wipe my machines (as I always do) just in case

Great advice, ladies. Thank you all!

I step on the scale every morning, but I don't log anything until I know its a real loss.

My husband and I say we need something like this weekly!! There is NOTHING to get on the go besides Subway.

Hi and welcome! We all have to start somewhere, so don't let the number get the best of you. I think swimming would be the best way to start. Seems to be the best exercise for sore joints. Good luck!

I used to see these around the yard when I was kid, but Its been ages since I have seen one. I grew up near Santa Cruz CA.

It's great to see so many upcoming weddings! I just had mine so I totally understand the feeling. You ladies can do it, and you will be so happy when you see how fabulous you look on that big day! Congrats to everyone.

I ended up getting a trainer when I felt I had hit a wall. It gave me just the right amount of push to keep the scale moving. I realize it's not something I can keep up since it's not cheap, but just having someone to work out with helps keep me motivated.

I'm from San Francisco California!

Bree I went through the same thing around the 10 pound mark. Stick with it and it will be worth it. I promise it will come off...in large numbers at times!
