Some of the boyshorts from VS do that for me. They're a higher cut and made well, so they pull in that lower pooch a bit!

I have a restaurant to add: Charlie Brown's Steakhouse has a Gluten Free menu.

I drink diet coke and vodka, mainly. They also sell "skinny girl" cocktails at most liquor stores (at least in NJ), that are around 35 cals for a small glass. If you drink beer, there are tons of low calorie options for beer like MGD64.

^^This!! Congrats!! My starting weight was 191, and my goal is 140, hope to look that good!!

Hormel Black Label Low Sodium bacon. It's delicious. However, I just love bacon in general.

I mainly drink diet soda when I'm drinking alcohol as a mixer. If I have sugary mixers I get a major headache the next day. Vodka and diet cokes, or rum and diet cokes, or jack and diet cokes, that does not happen with me.

CHEERS :drinker:

I really enjoy these noodles but when I have a BM they freak me out because they come out whole (yes I do chew them). I still eat them... at least I know I won't be constipated after these!!

This is fantastic! UNO Chicago Bar and Grill has the gluten free pizza and a whole gluten free menu. The manager even brings your food out separately. I plan on trying the GF Red Robin bun tonight. I LOVE RED ROBIN!! :D

Protein shakes are a great way to kick off your day. However, I do suggest having a snack between that and lunch. They are filling (at least for me they are), but since I work in retail, I never know when I will actually get my lunch break... could be 12, could be 3. Also you do have to kind of "retrain" your body to take…

Thanks! I missed this part of GMA this morning because I slept a little later!

Taking the gluten out of my diet also took away a lot of my fatigue problems (among other things). If I accidentally eat it now, I not only get very tired, but feel sick for about 5 days.
-
Hahaha, I forgot to mention, I eat a lot of CHEESE for snacks too. That is a great way to up your calories and is so delicious!

Hmm, so it seems your saying that you're watching mainly your carbs, so when you get close to 50g you stop eating, am I right? But you're not hungry. I can tell you I did this game two years ago and lost quite a bit of weight very quickly... but guess what? It came back when I upped my calories. I'm a female and eat…

Drink more water, eat more protein, eat more fats (healthy fats, that is). Fats and proteins will keep you satiated and give you energy. However, some people react poorly when their carbs are too low as well. I'd say increase some of your macros and drink that water!

Haha, this happened to me one of the times I lost a bunch of weight. I went from a D to a DD. They haven't gone back down. My weight has gone up and down, but the boobs stay the same. Blessing or curse?

HAHAHAHA... sorry, that was the best, haven't seen a WoW reference on here yet. :flowerforyou:

I've never tried the stuff, but I did find it online. It's really expensive for what you get, and you can pretty much buy the same type of protein powder on Amazon for a lower price. I'm cheap, therefore I also don't buy Shakeology. In the end it all comes down to money.

I miss being able to have carbs for breakfast, but I can't have many anymore, so it's protein for me. I think the old fashioned idea of a breakfast is bacon, eggs, toast, ham steak, french toast, and coffee. I mean if you go from a fantasy reference, you can look at Pleasantville and see how much they had for breakfast! I…

I average between 120g-170g a day depending on whether I workout or not.
-
The only time I use it as a meal replacement is if I wake up late and have no time to make a good breakfast. So I'll throw some in a shaker and mix it up and drink it on the way to work. It keeps me full until I can go to lunch. I prefer, though, to have them as a snack in between meals and definitely after a workout.…

Me too. I use protein shakes as a way to curb sweet and hunger pangs. 1 scoop of protein powder, one cup of almond coconut milk (unsweetened), 2-3 tbsp of Walden Farm's 0 cal, 0 carb chocolate syrup, put it in a blender MILKSHAKE.

I buy bags of spinach and sautee it in coconut oil. Eggs are also a great way to get protein without carbs. I also have bacon a lot because it's delicious (problem is that it's very salty). Cauliflower can be used in place of potatoes to make mashed potatoes and can even be used as a substitute for rice. Do you have a…

Haha, I do actually chew them. I looked it up online and found that it happens to some people and not to others. I could also not be rinsing off enough of the "fishy" smell solution that they package them in.

I think it's all genetics. I've lost and gained weight multiple times, and even when I was stick thin I still had a D cup. Then I gained and lost again and stayed at a DD. Losing once again and boobs haven't changed, they've just gotten a little firmer. Look at the women in your family and see how they are endowed... I…

I went from 1200 to 1400 to 1600 to 1800. Each time my weight loss picked up momentum. I float between 1600-1800 and sometimes 2000. Depends on my activity level that day. I enjoy it much more!

Well 30DS will give you some great butt and thigh workouts... after the first day I could barely walk. Here's some other things to try: 1. Squats 2. Lunges 3. Hip Bridges 4. Side Lunges 5. Plies Walking at an incline is great too. Walking up and down stairs. Edit: Cardio to burn unwanted fat!

It does not happen to me at all, but everybody is different. TONS of people complain of moodiness, headaches, and just plain exhaustion when they go low carb. When I go low carb, I actually have the opposite effect where I have more energy, less moodiness, and less headaches. From what I've heard, people generally go…
