Hi and welcome. I agree with so many....DO NOT eat like a bird. Not at all good for you. Eat what you want and log it. I find it is a great eye opener to know how many calories is in that Latte or Hamb or french fries. What helps motivate me is when I close out my day and it tills me where I will be at in 5 weeks. I like to see that go down. If I have a bad day....it goes up.

Everyday is a struggle! Each day I make it - I get so excited, then the next day I go out for dinner and go off. I still log all my calories in....start over the next day. It is a lifestyle change. I am going to allow myself to go off on occasion. I think we need that! Don't be hard on yourself - just start over tomorrow!
