I think you just need to use lower cal items for it, maybe switch the tortilla for a wholegrain wrap, which are about 200 cals, and use light mayo ect, :)

Just weigh yourself in the morning everyday if you want to or once a week, if your diet and exercise are ok then youl see results, if you don't then youl know you need to change something :)

It's really nothing to worry about, if your busy your busy. It's not like your just not bothering or are too lazy, it's ok :)

I'd love to be 5,2. I'm 5,8... it maybe personal preference but I just think smaller people look better and are cuter..

I always feel that way. I'd love to stop thinking about food all the time and just eat whenever and whatever I want, I was happier when I did that. I know I can't do that though, it's unhealthy and itl be worth it in the end when I have the body I'm working for and confidence :)
