I have dropped over 65lbs since Mother's Day this year. I still have a loooooooooong way to go, but I feel much better about myself today than I did at this time last year!

I am definitely not at goal, nor am I anywhere near it, but I have lost 65lbs in 7 months. Something that I find important to remember is if you fall 100 times, get up 101. Messing up along the way does not mean you should quit.

Exactly this. Screw them. Don't give them any power over you. They are insignificant in your life and their stupidity can not take anything away from your amazing accomplishments.

I homeschool my 2 children. I workout early in the morning while DG is still home. I find that excuses are easier to come by if it's night time. ;)

On week one I was huffing and puffing. Like someone else said, I was running too fast instead of pacing myself and tiring out way too quickly. Every single day. I jot down my weight daily too but only log it into MFP 1x a week.

I have an android and use the app RunDouble. I am able to listen to my music with the app running. It just stops my music to tell me when it's time to run/walk, then goes back to my music.

LOL! Exactly! My boobs are the first thing that is shrinking. Unfortunately the side effect is a bigger looking belly! And I'm worried they will start looking like tennis balls in a tube sock!

I try to keep my sodium between 1800-2000. I've noticed that more sodium than that hinders my weight loss.
