Yes I weigh myself the same time everyday.. First thing in the morning right after I have used the bathroom! I gain normally around 2lbs during the day! On average anyways! I am fascinated with weight fluctuations anyways to I am just weird like that!

I finished day 1 of 30ds and didn't feel like I was gonna die then my family and I went on a 2.5 mile hike and it was amazing! My 2 and 5 year olds walked almost the entire way on their own and felt so proud of themselves!

Ok.. I am a little late on the jump but I am starting today with the shred! I have done it before but never for the full 30 days!!
